Trustco Bank will sponsor a magic show in front of Charles Department Store (at 1:00pm); Houlihan Lawrence will pass out trick or treat buckets; NoKa Joe’s & Little Joe’s Books will offer spooky readings and treats for anyone who comes in the store in costume.
