Job Description: Licensed Sales Associate
Provide service to personal insurance clients by phone and in person. This position is for a goal oriented person who enjoys working with people and solving problems. Responsibilities include:
• Processing auto insurance and property insurance quotations
• Identifying client needs and cross selling with other insurance products
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
• Processing endorsements to policies
• Being responsive to client requests
• Assist with claims reporting and follow ups
• Reviewing coverage and developing recommendations based on review
• Accepting payment of premiums
• Documenting client activity in client records
• Seek additional appointments for financial side of business.
• Ask for referrals
• Other tasks as determined by management
